He began his marching career with the FIU Marching Band, playing marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, and snare drum. He continued to march FIU Indoor on xylophone, and Stryke World Percussion on vibraphone. As an educator, Christian has taught at Somerset Academy as the Front Ensemble Technician, at FIU as the Front Ensemble Caption Head and is now currently interning at Coral Reef Senior High School, alongside Kennan Torgerson, teaching marching band, jazz band, wind ensemble, and percussion ensemble. During his time at the SFCPA, Christian has taught private lessons with emphasis on mallet instruments, as well as Red, Green, Blue, Purple, and summer session group classes.
